OEM Direct always invite customers to send their technical management to visit our office and factories, not only to make a first-hand suitability assessment but to ensure compliance with international requirements for care of the environment, working conditions and health and safety.

Although our China office monitors quality control procedures in both OEM Direct and partner factories, we suggest you specify your own. Typically, such procedures include customer approval of factory drawings and production specifications, then of pre-production and finally of production samples before manufacturing can begin in earnest. All relevant British, American and EU standards testing can be arranged in China to suit customer need.

Before delivery, a detailed production report can, if required, be prepared for customers who are also welcome to deploy their own quality controllers on site. Alternatively, OEM Direct can arrange for independent inspection on the customer’s behalf by companies like SGS or Intertek, who are properly qualified to carry them out.
